I have to admit that right before the class I started worrying about my decision to join the class but Vaishali kept us going (and keeping form) with a gentile start where she emphasized form and breathing but also listening and respecting your body and where she gradually picked up speed – but never made you feel winded or rushed. After each set of 9 sun salutations Vaishali had us rest in child pose which she gave us insights and legends behind yoga and the meaning of the practice as well as encouraging us to shift our focus to a different area for our upcoming set. I was to reflect and grow in my practice and ended with a real sense of accomplishment. Will definitely do again and I highly recommend it to practitioners of all levels!

I’ve been practicing yoga for years, and I can honestly say that Vaishali is one of the most skilled and adaptable teachers I’ve ever had. She has a deep understanding of the practice and is able to modify poses and offer variations to suit all levels and body types. I always feel challenged and supported in her classes, and I leave feeling both energized and grounded. Highly recommend!
